We hold a certain fascination with how Apollo was developed. Just as with any other program, there were initial ideas that weren't developed, methods and hardware abandoned. Seeing these rare programs gives us an insight we love - especially since we know how it all turned out. Running time over 3 1/2 hours.

I just love this stuff! I am so glad that Spacecraft Films is able to present this fantastic material of the space program. I cannot get enough of it. It really brings home what America did back then. The "can do" spirit of gettiing to the moon. Sure wish we had that today.

This is a great dvd showing how the Apollo project was put together and how the rockets/ships were built. I found it fascinating material for the space fan. A definite MUST.
Rare NASA Apollo Films

This DVD is packed with lots of interesting films from the NASA archives. Many images of things I have not seen before. Some of the films have animations that are crude but in a way, comical, compared to what can be done today. Many scenes of the various manufacturing processes, as well as what could have been. If you like the design and construction of space systems, you should consider getting this video. About half black and white, half color.
